Mars Perseverance Sol 1970 to 1971: PIXL Camera
NASA's Mars Perseverance rover acquired these images using its PIXL Micro Context Camera, located on the turret at the end of the rover's robotic arm.
Images acquired on Sept. 5, 2026 (Sol 1970) at the local mean solar time of 23:04:04 to Sept. 5, 2026 (Sol 1971) at the local mean solar time of 08:34:22.
